Sales Support Comtech Xicom operates a global network of technical sales people and sales engineers. We have sales offices in North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We also have international distribution partners ready to help you.
Technical Support Comtech Xicom’s technical support department is staffed by veteran engineers who are deeply experienced in building, troubleshooting and repairing all of our products. Our database has complete manufacturing and end-user documentation on every amplifier built by Xicom. The technical support staff is available to assist customers by e-mail or phone, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition, we operate a network of worldwide service centers where technicians and engineers can quickly diagnose problems as well as perform maintenance and repairs.
We welcome customer visits to our factory in Santa Clara, CA, the heart of Silicon Valley.
